Easy Returns Available
Easy Return requests are available only for eligible products, subject to BCE World's Return Policy and review. Deadlines are measured from confirmed delivery or collection.
- Damaged or Not Working: submit a request within 48 hours with the required photos.
- Wrong Item or Missing Item: submit a request within 7 calendar days. Missing accessories are eligible for replacement only.
- Change Product: submit a request within 7 calendar days. The original product must be new, unused and complete. An approved request provides a discount code, not a cash refund or store credit.
- Wait for BCE World's approval and return instructions before sending any product back. Keep original packaging and supplied items ready where applicable.
